Complete waste of time dealing with this company. I tried to use them to sell prepaid wireless cards and bill pay to offer a convenience to my customers. They start you out with a low limit say $200 or $300 so say two customers come in to pay a bill the same day (or even the same WEEK) and the total goes over $300 you have to call their customer service and wait on hold for 30 minutes while they send a request to their authorization department to increase your limit. Ridiculous. I finally got them to increase my limit to $500 but then I log in one day and all of the options for bill pay are gone.I would urge you not to waste your time with this company to serve your prepaid and bill payment needs. Nothing but a headache and was definitely NOT a convenience for myself or my customers.
