Thankful to Farmers Insurance, my agent Michael, and wonderful staff. I was rear ended few months ago, with a person who had a very difficult insurance company who refused to pay for my repairs. After a couple days of hassling, my agent directed me to file a claim with Farmers to get the repairs done, and have farmers deal with them. They made the process from that point on very easy, with car rental, and body shop. Within a week, I had my car back. Like nothing ever happened, and I just received my deductible reimbursement.
