My initial experience with Heather was great. She seemed knowledgeable, helped me with changing my business to an S-Corp and responded to my questions. Then, when it was time to file quarterly payroll taxes, they fell off the map. They don’t return calls or emails and now I am scrambling into another accountants office to get my quarterlies filed. My mom also had a bad experience with her. They had an appointment that the accountant just never showed for. I understand times are weird, but this is not professional. Lost the trust quick. Again, my initial experience was good, there is just no follow through. I would not recommend them.

I have been using Heather and her mom years ago, Heather has allways pulled though. She is an awesome accountant but even better she is a wonderful person.

By far the worst experience you can have with any type of company. The last day taxes were due i had to drive down there and wait for 3 hours off work because no one would call/email me back about why my taxes were never submitted. Even though i they did it 1 month before, I am pretty sure they waited till the last minute to hit submit or whatever it is. On top of that 3 others were waiting and frustrated because you can NOT get a hold or any update from them. HEED MY WARNING!!! they are a waste of time.
