Opened a new account a few weeks ago. The opening deposit went into the wrong account as it was not available in my account until later the next week-noted the deposit slip had a line drawn over the acct number with a different handwritten number below the original one. Over 1 week later my bank cards still hadnt arrived. No communication from the bank either time, I initiated the calls. Ended with me just closing the account, since no one seemed to care about the handling of my funds, nor having my business as a new customer. Sorry to know that a bank with such a longstanding relationship within the community could make these careless mistakes. But the indifferent attitude & failure to attempt to make things right speaks volumns, and is at best, disappointing.
