I highly recommend NOT using this agent through progressive or any means. Raymond and Roop are absolutely horrible at returning calls and providing any information. She will ask you for your company name so that when she places you on hold for over 15m without a notice, and you hang up, she knows to ignore your calls from there on and say goodbye to any contact with them when you really need it. We attempted over 3-4 times to not only call and verbally speak with them and tell you they will call you back, but also left voicemail with no success. Literally worthless. Unless you enjoy hounding people down to accomplish simple tasks...........Update: 6-29-17They helped us fix our issue in a timely manner. Progressive and American Continental make a good team. I learned that working with both of them we could get service at both ends when the other is not available. Thank you.

Very difficult to get on the phone. not working regular business hours? not good for business. caused a lot of headache for us.
