I would like to take a moment and share my personal experience with this agency. Tom, Jim and Barb have been fantastic. I have been with this agency since I was 16 years old. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is very evident that they care about their customers. I have had nothing but the upmost professional interactions with this agency. I would suggest them to anyone who wants to feel part of the Nationwide Insurance family.

We have been with this insurance agent for decades, but Jim Nolan Jr. is a disgrace to Nationwide Insurance. His father was a professional, but his son is not. I was mocked, spoken over multiple times, and treated like I did not matter whatsoever. I have reported this to Nationwide and advised them that Jim Nolan Jr. is an embarrassment to their company and their core values. His secretary, Barb, is of great value and she is the one who has helped me, but after the childish behavior from Jim Nolan Jr. today, I switched to a more professional insurance company and cancelled my insurance with Nationwide. All I needed was help from my agent on a hit and run claim, but Jim failed miserably. Barb stepped up and called the manager of the claims agent who needed to do some more research on who the rental company of the person who hit me actually was--Jim Nolan Jr. did not care and flatly refused to help whatsoever. If you want to be treated like you do not matter, be mocked, spoken over, unheard, and left feeling like you have wasted thousands of dollars over decades, this is the agent for you. Otherwise, try another Nationwide agent or another company. Everyone else from Nationwide, including his secretary Barb, apologized on his behalf, so I do not blame Nationwide as a whole--just Jim Nolan Jr. He should be ashamed of himself and his serious lack of customer service. Not recommended and I would give zero stars if that was an option.
