TERRIBLE customer service. I have been a customer for years and when I had a claim, was treated poorly and left with thousands of dollars out of pocket due to an unpaid claim because my insurance was “cancelled” without my knowledge, NINE months early! Completely unprofessional. Canceled multiple personal and business accounts and took business elsewhere. Don was exceptionally rude, used derogatory language, and was very unprofessional. The bottom line is he dropped the ball. I put my trust and business in a company who didn’t deserve it, and his mistake cost me thousands of dollars.

Zach showed a real interest in our business. He found us an insurance policy that other insurance companies were either unable or unwilling to find. Zach showed an evenness of temper and a tenacity for solving our insurance concerns. He waited until my wife understood all aspects. On top of the great service, working with Zach saved us several thousand dollars.
