False advertising with the holiday advance loan. Sending customers emails to prequalify them but then turn them away because they are NEW customers. Was told I must be a Jackson Hewitt customer to recieve the Holiday Advance Loan but after talking with a lady and supervisor at the customer care center the loan is suppose to be offered to returning and new customers. Poor customer service and false advertising. Dont send emails and post that you can bring certain documentation to location to qualify for loan with existing customers starting the 16th but new on the 18th. Today being the 18th becoming a new customer but was denied to even file with last check stub. I was referred by a close friend but I will not be giving a referral to anyone due to this experience I have been through.
