Judy Malone is the worst service person I have ever encountered in any industry. She did not communicate correctly with us when we were buying a home, and only after we had put in an offer did she communicate about issues that existed with the deal. Worst of all, we qualified comfortably for the loan we wanted but she refused to run our credit again. We took our business elsewhere.
