An Absolute horrible experience. Not professional at all, extremely unresponsive to communication of any type. She had my paperwork since Jan 2020. still she has all my paperwork and will not respond so I can pick ups my documents. Her gross negligence will caused me to be delinquent on my taxes which will result in 2,500.00 late fee. Stay as far away as possible.
