If I could leave a 0 I would. I did like Anthony and he did help me out when I was able to get ahold of him. But anytime I had a problem if Anthony didn’t answer I was in trouble. Sometimes I would have to call for three days straight and about a dozen times before I would get him. I never once spoke to Wendy or her husband. Seems as if she has more important things to do then run her agency. Can’t leave a message on the voicemail it just repeats itself over and over. Stay away.

Do not recommend. Can never reach by phone, they think it’s amusing their phone system hasn’t worked in years. Do not update you on policy changes and then you can’t reach them with questions. Put you on their payment schedule rather than what you requested and very slow to respond IF you can leave a message. Sticking with Allstate but going to another agency hopefully for better luck.

Unfortunately I have called twice and left a message about an issue I am having with my auto policy. I have not received a call back to this day. 9 years a client...no more!
