Extremely disrespectful customer service. Two emails had been sent. First email had been asking for clarification of timeline. No response. Pretty rude to ignore a customer. Sent a follow up email inquiring for tracking number, likely overly aggressive due of lack of respect for not answering first email. Met with hostile and nasty response. Will not waste time with the rudeness of this company. You will find better prices and respectful interaction to the customer elsewhere at other coin exchanges whether online or local. I got what I needed from a better company that actually cares about customer service with better prices and respectful interaction.
