Joe Lomanaco is Very easy to deal with. He makes the experience stress free. If there are issues after he will help address them with not hesitation. Also throughout the year he can also assist with answering any finance related questions at no charge. I have referred many people to them and they have all been pleased. Wish there was a referral program that can give some credit off the cost but besides that no complaints.

I switched to LMI because they are based in Westchester. What a mistake!!!! Ever since I have worked with them I have had to pay back thousands of dollars in taxes. Previously I always got money back. Then I started getting letters from the Department of Revenue threatening to freeze my assets. I went and sat with Joe my accountant and we called the Department together only to find my taxes had never been submitted. I have paid for services multiple times and not received the tax returns. I have gone back multiples times to close out outstanding tax years because my new accountant won’t touch this mess. I was out of the country and received a call from my bank that my assets are frozen. This is because Joe didn’t submit my taxes !!!! Every time I sent him the letters from the tax department his response was “don’t worry, I will take care of this”! Really? I can’t believe this is how people run a successful business and treat paying clients with such negligence. Isn’t this why one pays $800 to get service!

Small professional office. I switched to this firm for my accounting needs a few years ago and could not be happier. They stay on top of your normal accounting needs and will get you every penny you deserve on your tax return. If you still use H&R Block you are losing money. I highly recommend this firm.
