Very surprisingly I felt beyond disrespected by a young lady over the phone today for simply wanting a better understanding on how my account was being handled. In the middle of me explaining myself she transferred me to someone else. I called back and instead of a phone greeting I was placed on hold for about 2 minutes before having a chance to speak to anyone to get additional help. At that point I decided to close my accounts and take my business to a bank that values their customers.
