In person experience has always been great, 5 stars...always! Unfortunately, Fidelity’s COVID response has been far from 5 stars. :-( I am all for keeping distance, wearing a mask and making good decisions but to have zero ability to talk in person, plan, receive a paper checks, etc. Please open your stores, at minimum by appointment! I will certainly stay 6 ft from that machine!
A dishonest company that just wants to take your money. Be warned, you have no recourse with this company if you have an issue. Make sure you read the fine print of everything you sign with them, because the concepts of trust and customer service mean nothing

Worked with TJ today. Great experience all around. If there was a complaint, the coffee machine needs directions or need to be replaced with something "normal."
