Terrible service!!! This Rio Bank has incompetent employees and managers. I have always deposit money for my parents and they never asked me for and ID. They were always able to help me at other Rio banks. It’s just a deposit so they can make payments. This time here at this Rio bank by university they gave me the worse customer service ever. In the middle of the pandemic and my parents not able to come to make a deposit themselves, the employee next to her manager didn’t took the deposit. Worse customer service. Don’t recommend this Rio bank branch. I really like the customer service from Elsa Rio Bank, nothing to do with this one.
