We started our time with Just Ask a Bookkeeper optimistic & excited about the service but our experience would change very quickly. We had a kick off call with our agent and it went well however after a few weeks we stopped receiving requested information and follow ups. We had a meeting in person where she assessed our needs in person and agreed to send us confirmations of payment. After several days we stopped receiving follow ups as requested and started receiving IRS and late payment notices. After receiving our 5th late notice we decided to cancel the service and hire an in house bookkeeper.After leaving our prior bookkeeper we hoped that faxing over our paperwork would be a better way of eliminating clutter. Unfortunately we ended up in the same boat and 6 months behind with our books. Our recommendation -Do Not to use Just Ask a Bookkeeper, avoid the headache and the additional work they create!
