I wanted to start a secondary account for retirement. "START" is the key word. Due to the small amount I wanted to invest, other local investment firms did not want to open me an account.I had played in the market, but really wanted to invest with an investment firm that was professional, and safer than myself trying to buy penny stocks and wishing for a win.I met Victoria, she has been awesome. Not only did she accept my money and opened me an account with the little that I had, she also went well beyond that.She has advised me in several situations. She even helped me develop a budget so I can eliminate waste spending and increase my savings. She has waited on me after her normal work hours to have me sign documents.By service alone, she has been amazing. We have a savings goal and with her help, we will get there. Market DIVED when I invested, but instead of taking a HUGE hit, the hit was small in comparison to the market.She is new, so you assume she lacks knowledge and experience, but what she lacks in some areas, she makes up for in others. Example. She has spent a lot of time on my account. Checking it to make adjustments regularly. If I was to have one of the other firms in El Dorado take my money, they would not pay nearly as much attention to detail to my little account than her.Now a couple months later. My account is no where near what it was when I started. I now have an option to take my money to someone with 30 years experience and has a staff that is impressive...... That said, Its not even a thought. I would take the help from Victoria over anyone else. She is a rock star!
