Very Poor Service. My policy was at the edge of cancellation at 2 instances. They never communicate. They will only call you to say that ‘ tomorrow’ your policy will be terminated. Rude staff.It is so hard to get connected with Omar. Even President of this country is accessible!! Stay away from this office!
When purchasing our car we had the best service from Liz Garcia at the west side location. She was amazingly efficient and helpful. This young lady answered all our questions and eased the insurance process along in a speedy manner . We highly recommend her and this Allstate Insurance Agency.
