THIS IS THE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVERTHEY REFUSE TO RECONCICLE MY ESCROW ACCOUNTTHEY DONT ANSWERTHEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILSI AM AT THE POINT OF HAVING TO SUE THEM TO GET MY ESCROW ACCOUNT FUNDS THAT THEY NEVER PAID TAX WITH !!!STAY AWAY!!!!!

Local officers are good to work with. Corporate is difficult to deal with. When you call them they say they are currently experiencing a high volume of calls, just change your recording to the plain truth which is you are always experiencing a high volume of calls and therefore leads to excessive wait times and delays. This of course is after listening to the recording of information that you don’t need and have no option to opt out of. They don’t ever seem to be able to give you a straight answer over the phone and everything must be submitted in writing two or three times.

Cornerstone Home Lending has the WORST.....WORST customer service!!! I wish there was a LAW against mortgage companies "selling" mortgages to other companies.....
