Beware of using Guardian mortgage. They will delay, delay, delay when it comes to closing on a home. Our experience with them was awful and I would recommend you stay far away from Guardian Mortgage. The agent we worked with seemed to care very little about fulfilling his duties to his client and stated to our real estate agent that he wasn’t in the business of pleasing people. Due to his negligence, we closed on our home almost a month later than the original date simply because he took his time with the paperwork. If you want a lender that is professional and cares about getting you into your new home as soon as possible, seek a different lender.
