Ray was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. He failed to inform about various options. When asked questions he had either no response, or answers that could not help. When the closing office offered a discount, he could not even enclose it in the final deal. Closing took over six months and was extremely difficult. Unless you have oodles of cash and do not care about what you have to spend I strongly recommend anyone else.

Our family decided to pursue a foreclosed house that was not eligible for a mortgage loan thru USAA or a couple other banks we tried. From my initial call with Ray, I felt comfortable with his knowledge and ability to help us close on the house we wanted. He stayed after hours to accommodate my work schedule and to walk us thru our modified mortgage options. Andrea was incredibly organized and amazing at running our numbers. Communication was great through our closing process. I would definitely trust Ray and Andrea with future mortgage or realty needs. Will recommend.
