I have a medical grade face shield on which is proven to be more effective than just a mask but I was told I had to wear a mask by a bank teller wearing an ALL CAPS shirt and that my face shield “wasn’t doing anything.” That’s a first.
ATM ate money with no receipt or record of transaction. Bank is closed. Customer service unhelpful.
The worst bank and customer service. The ATM didn’t give $540 back, and now I have to wait up to 10 business days to get my own money! Will close all my accounts with them as soon as will get my own money that they kept.
