Its good to know that a customer service rep and myself needed help with my account and the supervisor Lisa was not willing to help. not only did she not return my call after I left a voicemail for her she also did not return my call after the associate sent her a message to call me also. Good to know when people need help with their accounts she picks and choose whom she wants to help. I see why people like banks better instead of credit unions. This is why, because they are more helpful. I have been with this credit union over 10 years and still horrible customer service.

DO NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS. Open a account with them. Lady who helped me open account was fully aware of my attentions of buying cryptocurrency. First week fine all transaction processed. Less than 2 weeks later I get a phone call demanding that I stop using all transactions related to bitcoin, and offered nobody to talk to regarding why bitcoin is an issue.
