Had a long morning at the DMV doing 2 licenses and 2 registrations. My 2 young boys needed a restroom break and the DMVs was out of order. Walked to the M&T here to ask to use the restroom. They didn’t even ask if I was a customer and just stammered that the bathroom was employees only. Too bad too since I was shopping for a mortgage.
I tried to use the drive up ECM a few hours ago to deposit some checks. Totally unsuccessful. Went around the block and tried again. No joy. Then decided to just cash the checks at the drive up teller. The teller on duty was a complete caring and professional. She diplomatically observed my problem with the machine and offered to complete my deposit instead of cashing my checks. If only the rest of the clerks and tellers I have to deal with had her skills my life would be much less stressful.

Manager Gerry tassey is very personable and manages a well trained staff. My needs are minimal however Gerry and the are always there to offer their assistance when required. Debbie Lisi, Asst . Mgr. maintains my personal banking needs very well. Overall experience---excellent.
You definitely need to read the fine print on anything you receive with this bank.
