Diann says she the office manager ... Lied to me about early refund and made me think I was approved and that I would be recieving money the same day even went as far as saying 30 mins ...I called to find out I was denied ...all she had to do was be upfront and say she wasnt sure ill have to call and check ... She also forgot to key in information which caused a 4k difference in my return ...
