Terrible experience. Submitted my paperwork and was told I needed to come back in and complete an additional form. Went back in and signed the form and then found out that my funds were never transferred to a Roth IRA account after over a year of assuming all the paperwork was properly submitted. This explains the .29 cents I accrued over that period. No follow-up communication was attempted.
