EVSE owner did the right thing and refunded my money when the NEMA 14-50 adapter I purchased in March 2020 did not work with my Tesla Model 3. I purchased adapter in mid-March just days before Covid-19 lockdown happened. Fast forward to Aug 2020 and my attempt to get a refund so long after initial purchase. John responded to my phone call and I returned item for refund. I ended up buying a Tesla adapter for $30 and it worked fine.
