Individual who helped me (I assume was the branch manager) does not know the products offered. I asked a minimum balance question about a business account I have, he directed me to the Chase website to find out my self. While standing in the middle of the branch I browsed the website on my phone as instructed, but it did not list my account, as it is no longer offered. After asking him again to verify the minimum balance, he sat at his desk, pulled up my account and said that Chase just changed the name, and the minimum balance is as what is listed on the website. I went home and dug up my deposit agreement that I signed a few months ago, lo and behold the amount listed on the agreement is different than what the branch manager told me. Very disappointed.
My wife and I have never had a more positive experience in a bank branch. Truly personal and highly professional! Please open more branches and put the loser banks out of business

Really bad service got their 40 min before closing and still wouldnt want to help unlock my account wich takes 3 min to do it!!! Ima seek for another bank to many problems with this chase poor help service
