@jamie richardson thats a broker office so their JOB is they have to charge a DOWN to activate a policy. They work for it so is not like they pocket the money. its called working for a broker insurance & earning commission. which trust me although AAA, allstate , statefarms etc dont charge down they earn get commission from poeple. Learn your facts before you try to hurt peoples business. SMH
