We had used this tax service for a number of years, believing that Cato Gordon & Co. were preparing our tax returns correctly. We gradually learned of the incompetence and slovenliness of the staff and decided to use a new tax advisor in 2016. This new tax advisor pointed out serious errors in the tax returns done for us by Cato Gordon & Co. These gross errors caused us to pay thousands of dollars in unneeded taxes to the USG and Virginia. Stay away from Cato Gordon & Co.
