My first interaction with The State Bank was in 2018 when I opened a basic checking account in person at their Fenton Location. When I decided to open a savings account two weeks ago, I knew TSB was going to get my business yet again. After an initial deposit of $200, my new account appeared on the incredibly convenient app. However yesterday, upon checking the balance of my new account I was distraught to find a $0 balance (This was also after a $500 deposit that same day). When I called, I was greeted by Dawn, who was kind, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to talk to on the phone. She quicky recognized and rectified the problem within an hour. On another occasion, I left my debit card in their Drive Thru ATM, and a voicemail was waiting for me before I arrived home, notifying me. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of personel at The State Bank, their employees are exemplary and I cannot speak highly enough of them. In a world where massive faceless banks provide robotic service to their customers, I know that The State Bank is prepared to offer personal, friendly and efficient service to theirs.
Everyone is very nice and always do a great job, very quick response time at the drive thru.
