My wife and I recently closed on a new house at Amelia Walk and are very happy with our retirement move there. The floorplan of the model we chose and the community layout were exactly what we were seeking. Although we had lived in one home for 37 years that was 900 miles away, and were justly concerned about the complexities of the new house building process from such a distance, our sales rep, Broc Nell, provided us with knowledgeable, courteous, and highly competent guidance throughout the steps of lot selection, design choices, and the actual build progression. He was always very responsive to our questions and concerns, empathetic to our needs, and genuinely interested in making our new house a success. Other staff members at the Amelia Walk complex with whom we worked over the final seven months, including Pam, Heather, and Chris, were also proficient, pleasant, and eager to make a daunting process into a joyful one. We thank all of them for making our new house a "dream home".
