I have banked with The Farmers bank for over 14 years. I really enjoy the incredible level of personal service and the friendlyness of a smalltown bank.
We have several accounts with this bank. We called six days ago to ask a simple transaction question and spoke to the Branch Manager. She was not able to answer our question and told us she would call us back. We are still waiting for a return call from her even after we left an additional message on her phone. Disappointing customer service.
