The firm did provide a worksheet for a tax credit but did not explain that the refund is only about 2/3 of the credit. I did receive an apology for their oversight but that was only after I had experienced that their fees were really going to be about 1/3 of the refund that I would receive. Hopefully others will read this and be aware of the true cost of the service.
