Waste of time. Made me wait to verify the check, just to tell me the check is missing my middle name. Do your job right

Started a loan process 2 WEEKS ago. Finally told me “yes, go to the MoneyGram store to pick up”. Got there with the confirmation, no mam, not a good number. Called back, oh you need to pay us $125 Done. Then the MoneyGram manager gets on the line, Alexander, oh just do $100. Exactly. Done. My account was NEGATIVE, so I used my LAST cash until payday. NOTHING FROM THEM SINCE! Beware! I was/am in a dire situation. My own fault, but they said they’d help.
