This BB&T has the best customer service. When you come here, ask for Theo or Dierdre because they give the best customer service. They gave me a lower interest rate on my car which I was surprised about

Very bad customer service. Will hold checks for no reason and when you call will say they will get back to you regarding the hold and possibly taking it off, but will never call back. Do yourself a favor if you have bills to pay or need money on a specific day and cash your check, go to a different bank. Also, holds can be for whatever duration the teller wants to set and apparently it is hard for another employee to override it. They will say they can verify your check and get back to you, but verification never happens because the other person is so busy.

Trashhhhh! Throw the whole bank away
