Department of Labor is now involved with this company for its unlawful business practices. I worked for a cannabis company and I have a 401k through Paychex. Paychex has decided to discontinue my old employers plans and I am now left with a new job and no access fo my 401k. So I called the Department of Labor and they said that Paychex raises multiple red flags to the DOL. Good Luck Paychex

If i could possibly give them less stars i would. This is the most unreliable company I have ever delt with. My employees did not get paid. The sales consultant Mandy Corken that set me up with Paychex will not return calls. The account rep they give you does not return calls. And as a business owner I understand how bad reveiws can afftect your business so I do not post them, but in this case I want everyone to know how poorly they treat thier customers. And had it just been one incident I would have let it go. It has been a nightmare from the frist week and even now after I quit using them. They have been nothing but a 3 month headache.FYI- when you google them and click on the the company name one shows a wood frame house in a residential area, another a vaccant lot, just depends n which state you click on.
