-I’ve been with Suntrust for years and there’s always something. On yesterday 11/20/18 i tried to take care of an overdraft amount $2.59. I checked the Suntrust app and noticed this. I had to take care of it after 7pm I was at work until then. When I got off of course I had to get my toddler from the childcare and proceed home. Before I knew it it’s merely 8:30ish. I tried to check online to make sure the amount was still the same. I received an error message that stated it was temporarily unavailable. I went to the ATM machine on Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, FL now it’s around 9pm and guess what there was an error message. So this morning 11/21/18 I went to the ATM just before 10am and I was charged and overdraft fee. If I barely had $3 to cover an overdraft where am I supposed to get the overdraft fee money?! So I called the Suntrust customer service line on today 11/21/18 at 9:50-10:50 am and was on the phone w/ RJ who didn’t listen about the error message and time that i received it. He just talked over me. He transferred me to Supervisor Shantaye who stated I needed to update an already updated iPhone this is what caused the online errror message for the app that i used all day w/ no issues. Then she reached out to the ATM team to see if the deposits option was down when I attempted to make a deposit. She the told me that I already had a One time curiosity fee and she’s not able to authorize more than once. I asked to speak w/ a supervisor over her repeatedly at least 6 times or more and she denied me. She stated i would get the same answer. I was charged an overdraft fee for $2.59 and since i didn’t make the deposit before 9pm for all transactions to go through on the same business day. I didn’t know that otherwise I would’ve made it my priority to make the deposit to avoid any fees. I thought I had just before 12am to cover the overdraft this has happened before. I practically humiliated myself by begging her to remove the overdraft fee and she stated no she’s only allowed a one time courtesy. So i said if i would’ve tried to make a deposit before 9pm and I received the error message would the fee been removed? She still didn’t put her Supervisor on the phone and she stated yes. I begin disconnected the call. I received the overdraft fee after 4am this is what I tried to explain to the customer service supervisor Shantaye that I usually am able to make a deposit on the same day before 12am that posts.-01/25/19 My most recent experience and visit i came in at 4pm. I had to wait in line because there drive thru limit is $2500. There also was only two tellers for a crowed drive thru and a lobby full of people. After waiting for almost 30 minutes then I give my withdraw slip to Kawanda Thomas since the withdraw was more than $2500 she asked I go to another teller Tia Mitchell who stated my signature wasn’t on file so they had to call in to authenticate not my identity but my signature. I provided them with myself, debit card and DL!! But they still needed to verify that it’s me?! I hate that branch and the lack of their coherence. 4:41pm still waiting along with my 1 year old cranky toddler I asked for a supervisor and I hope it wasn’t Kawanda Thomas for the lack of professionalism and Sensitivity to my frustration. When i addressed her she ignored me and patornismed she didn’t apologize for my lack of inconvenience she stated I already addressed you handed my money in an envelope she didn’t count it to verify the amount and she walked off WOW

Long lines on a busy Friday and there is only one cashier and she is the slowest.On busy days please have more people to work the lines. This does not make any sense the long wait

Do not get any account with this bank they do not stand up for u as their customers they do not resolve your issue and the supervisor do not want to come on the phone and when they do they have on attitude
