The new faces in the office were so inviting! Everyone was incredibly friendly. I appreciated their honesty and transparency as I asked questions throughout my return. I believe I found a new tax preparation home.

I filed my taxes on February and also filed am amended return. According to the Irs liberty tax incorrectly filed with wrong numbers. As I have been trying to go in to deal with this situation they are never open. When I call their hours of operation says Monday - Friday from 9-8. When I look online it says their only open Saturdays from 12-5. I went in at 1 and no one is their. This really gets me because I even paid about $1,000 in filing fees. Very unprofessional and agitating. I might end up going to a lawyer.
