Nice people but am getting anxious about them getting taxes filed.

Won’t be back. Jay talked me into an extension even though I dropped them off with plenty of time to get done. Got a friendly letter from the IRS this week saying their was a $4100 mistake. Wow! Called Jay, said he was sorry. Gonna pay another tax service to see if their is any other mistakes! Should have kept LM Henderson their great, but was trying to deal local. Would like a partial refund to cover penalty and interest and second opinion from another tax advisor.
