She comes across liking you at first and than this all goes down hill once you question her! She is very unprofessional unresponsive. Her bio states "Strong Work Ethic" this is clearly NOT TRUE! If you want a loan closed and use someone that really care about you becasue she does NOT!

Literally the worst experience I’ve had working with any company. If you’re looking for a lender for a mortgage, don’t pick these guys. Save yourself and family the time and money, Kenneth Schreiber is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. He never returns call, texts, or emails for days at all unless he needs something from you. Wasted 2 months and $1500 that I’ll never get back. If only I could give negative stars.

They are THIEVES, They CANNOT be trusted, DANIELLE ROBINSON that is located at 1920 South Street Nashville RAN MY CREDIT TWICE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND NOW SHE IS TELLING ME THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DISPUTE IT. SHE NEVER RESPONDS TO YOUR EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE CROSS COUNTRY MORTGAGE!!!! PERIOD!!!
