Even the payments were made faithfully on time (been deducted from my checking account) this people find a way of keeping the account open with $13.64 and arguing that they can only submit payment for the full monthly amount....?? I ask to pay it over the phone and still stick me with the over the phone fee after asking if they could wave it...what a racket!Stay away from them.
