Was working with sales agent Don Pier. I was extremely professional however sales associate went on a rant elaborating I didn’t understand “ contract lingo” because I did not want to be bound by a 5 year contract. Don also stated that I did not know sh** about the atm business and that I had a business location that probably wouldn’t even ring 70 transactions a month which I thought was irrelevant. Tried to state I was getting a better income but in reality I was getting ripped off. I remained patient and professional and expressed I’m sorry but I had to decline the offer. He then raised his voice even more. Until he eventually hung up. This is the reason I did not work with the company further. I would never recommend to anyone. I mean we are adults, business men / women not children. At the end it’s not a free service if we are paying for a service and be treated like children it’s a hard pass for me.
