I’ve been with Allstate for 15 + years. Just one month ago I was having financial issues and the monthly payments wasn’t in my bank so when they tried to pull the pmt and it wasn’t there, Allstate charged me a 25 dollar fee. Also a few months back I tried filing a roadside assistance claim and found out that Allstate only cover $50 of the total expense of 150. I’ve filed a total of 3 claims the entire 15 plus years I been with Allstate. I called Jennifer Smith To request for them to cover the full 150 and she refused to work with me. I also asked if she could waive the $25 fee and she quickly refused to show empathy or leniency. I have NEVER missed a pmt and was never late with pmts until one month ago. I’ve put so much money into this company and was committed to them for years and they just absolutely refused to show a kind heart. It was upsetting especially being that I was having a rough patch due to the impact of Covid 19 and I expressed this to Jennifer but still she turned a blind eye. The solution was me canceling my coverage and going to Triple A which their coverage is $500 less than my Allstate plan with much more coverage and triple A offer a solid authentic roadside assistances plan for only $43 a year that covers me and my spouse. I wish I would have left Allstate much earlier than I did.

Jennifer has been doing business with us for year. I highly recommend her and her business. She is always available to her customers and provides good service and quality policies.
