While trying to set up my car/renters insurance there were some red flags. Paul did not provide me with the amount of discounts that I deserved or could have gotten and he was very rude throughout the process. He quoted me for a policy and a week later once I had finished looking at other options I went back to him as what he quoted me was the lower price. The price was then jacked up $200 more, and all he had to tell me when I asked why it changed was “I don’t know”. He talked down to me and talked to me like I was an idiot.
