I am closing my account on Monday after being a member for 5 years with multiple accounts. I will mo longer let my financials be mishandled. Tim and Vicki do not manage the bank properly. I have had numerous issues with this bank . Everything from being told my debit card has no account attached to it( which is hilarious because it was my main debit card i used )To being told i cannot withdraw money from my own account ! I know sounds unbelievable but its true. If you dont want you money held ransom by this bank dont join! Stay away.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! I cashed an insurance claim check there and they gave me a counterfeit $100 bill. I found out when I went to deposit the money into my Vystar account. I called the bank and there is nothing they will do. So I am out $100. This is insane!!
