My experience at Michael Carroll insurance company has always been the best, I am treated like I am the only customer they have. Whenever I call my needs are taken care of in the moment. I would recommend this company to everyone. I keep comparing the rates to other insurance companies and my company has the better deal.

These people are rude and incompetant. Months ago i changed the account my policy was to be autodrafted from, and they drafted the old account anyway, leaving it overdrawn. The woman wouldnt fix it, and called me a name i wont repeat. Now, i got a notice of nonrenewal of my policy a while back, i went to great trouble to find a company that will insure moblie homes. (Farm Beaurau is great) i sign up for a new policy with a new company, then i get a notice of autorenewal!

Poor customer service from the whole office. Just switched to another agent.
