From Hero’s to Zero’s in one tax year. Loved working with Daniel, brought in a new guy, not so much!! Took 5 months, multiple phone calls, finally got them filed, wrong, had to refile. Charged almost three times as much as previous years, without even so much as a courtesy call during all this. Two weeks later received a letter from the IRS, I owe 1600 hundred dollars in late fees and penalties for filling late, went back and they offered no help in responding to the IRS. Good luck with the new guy, I wont be back !!!! This is in response to your rebuttal, why were they rejected if they weren’t filed wrong, anyone who thinks a 1600 dollar fine covers two years has never been hit by the IRS, and why didn’t you add the vindictive part about payment in full or you will turn me into collections by the end of the week even though I already set a payment plan up with your staff. Thank you for clearing up the fact that the problem is not with the new guy but from the top down !!!
