The receptionist was quite rude over the phone. Apparently, because I wasn’t an existing client, I couldn’t be helped in a tax service request. I thought the point of a tax service is to get new clients?

Very Professional. Took his time no rush very professional, explained all positive and negatives. Awesome service.
